Gap CLI Button Back

My Gap store card has always said to call when I clicked on the CLI button, now it just asks for my income. Just to confirm, GE cards are always a SP?

I Was Just Declined A CLI. I Think I'm Gonna Call. It's Been 5 Cycles With Always PIF And I Haven't Seen The 4 Month Increse Everyone Mentioned.
