Does anyone have an EO email for Gap? My wife's account was closed due to nonactivity and I want to try to get them to open the original account. That was her oldest TL. She called CS but they wanted her to reapply. I don't mind them pulling her CR if its for the original account but not for a new.

I don't know if there is an e-mail address, but you can call the GE Credit Solutions phone number in the backdoor thread if you want to get past the frontline CS reps.
