Mine are into primville with Zync & Freedom.

My goals are a Zync and Chase Southwest by the summer.  Then back in the garden for the year.

Re: Garden Club Meeting - April 2012

My TU quarterly report came today. TU FICO now up to 750 (went up one point LOL). When my Mileage Plus hits I'm sure my scores will move one way or another. My UTL% will drop but so will my AAoA. Kind of interested to see how it goes.

Transunion: 707 FICO (4/5/2013) MyFico
Experian: 789 FICO (4/10/12) Lender Pull
Equifax: 706 FICO (8/16/12) MyFico

My cards: Chase United Mileage Plus 7000CL (3/12), CITI Simplicity 1800CL (9/12), Cap1 Platinum 1000CL (2/10), Cap1 Cash back 1500CL (11/11), Apple Barclay's 2250CL (11/11), Discover IT 6000CL (5/13)

It will take me 12 months to re-grow my scores but I am officially a Proud CONDO owner!!!!!

Hopefully today is the day I step out of the garden, but only for a short while.

MAYBE I can even accomplish my goals, as I did the first time I went to the CU, without them doing a HP, as I've just printed off all 3 reports fresh this morning (along with a ton of other paper-work)

Will check back in later on my gardening status.

Took all my paperwork in this morning, and the mgr was more than willing to offer me a 1k loan based upon the reports I bought from here.

However, he was not able to process an app for a unsecured CC without a HP of TU and EQ.

The bad news their TU score came back at 627 (mine came back from here this morning at 664).  The good news is my EQ came back at 627 (mine came back 617 from here this morning).

So clearly, a couple of different algorithms being used.

Either way, he said my score last year was 557 when I applied for my last loan, so at least I'm somewhat moving in the right direction. Loan was for 1k @ 9%

Still waiting to hear back on rates from the CC.  The CL is $1500 - I was asking for $1420.  BT is 4%, but I only have $170 to transfer, so no biggie.

Will update again when I get the apr on the CC.

Re: Garden Club Meeting - April 2012

I successfully gardened in March and am going to garden again in April. May I might have to leave to app for the UA card 50k on first purchase offer but I don't know yet if I will be doing that. Gardeing the CC in my sig as well as an auto loan and mortgage. Auto loan current rate is 5.99% so hopefully after a few months of no inquiries I can refinance through my CU and get it down to high 2% or low 3%. Would also app for a CU Card at the same time just in case I needed a low APR card (just to have). Just keep gardening, get the util down to 9%, and let the inquiries go at least 6+ months old.

Still in the garden, been here almost 6 months; and yes, at first, it was frustrating seeing all of my myFICO members getting their shiny new plastic.  But now, it doesn't really bother me because I know, with time and patience, I'll be able to do the same.  However, my garden did get a little smaller; I got rid of one of my Capital One rebuilder cards because I finally got fed up with them.  I still have a Capital One card that I plan to get rid of; but I'm waiting for that account to age for about another six months or so.

WTG!!! That's great! :smileyvery-happy:

Thanks, tinuviel!  It feels pretty awesome because I didn't think I'd be able to do it at first; that is, until I changed my way of thinking... :smileywink:

ok, so my feelings were seriously hurt this past month by lack of improvement with regards to my credit. I mean, I am busting my butt and feel like I am not seeing results as quickly as others it appears. Well, I need this last week to just be mad now I am back with a vengence to get MY credit profile in shape to be sought after by Primeville USA. I am thankful to the Lackluster Group of Creditors for taking a chance with me because it could have gone a different way. I know this. I couldnt get a secured card just over a year ago and now I am at least getting SOMETHING. I could grip and complain but that is all it would be.

I want to say a special thank you to LS for all the help you have given me. I wont lie and say I am not a little green and it is NOT from the garden but I am happy you have your Zinc. I will let my garden grow and tend to it properly and hope that next year I can say the same thing. I think I will attempt once more in Jan 2013 but if to no avail then I will wait until I close on my next house.

I think UPGRADING A HOME should be motivation enough to keep me in the garden and I really do like being able to pay for things with CASH!! Oh, I got my EX score from my lender because I wanted to see what it was and I am a 604. Now I will pull the other 2 and see where they fall.. I am close to being in the 600's which is an accomplishment for me all in itself.

Your score will move give it a chance I was in the high 500's starting and a year later in the low 700's and it's getting better every day.

Thanks, I know I get a caught up in the hype but must realize that all good things come to those who wait. Patience is not something I have mastered just yet.
