I'm due up for a CLI with AMEX.
And I will be using my Chase Freedom aggressively from now on and hope that maybe over the next few months, they'll give me some auto-luv.

I'm back in here again.. I finally got one more regular credit card so that I have two instead of one, so, I feel I can relax and wait.
The only way things are going to improve for my credit now is time and controlling utilization.
My cards include:
Capital One Journey: 1K limit, $515 as of statement date.(didn't know when first statement date would be, will be fixed by next statement date..lol)
Capital One Playstation: $500 limit. $0 balance
WFNNB Maurices $300 limit $0 balance
WFNNB New York and Company $300 limit $0 balance
WFNNB Ann Taylor Loft $300 limit $0 balance
WFNNB Victoria Secret $500 limit $91 balance (Missed the darn statement date on this one too, oh well, know when it is now)
WFNNB Lane Bryant $250 limio $0 balance
Amex AU Zync
I'm working to get an illegitimate collection off my credit report, it's on all three and was a debt that should've been included in bankruptcy. I plan to garden until that is gone or my score hits 680, whichever comes first. At 680 I plan to app for Kohls and Discover More. When my bankruptcy is 5 years old I plan to try for Walmart card again for the free TU score.

I replaced a $500 limit Capital one starter card with the Discover More 1.5K limit card
I replaced a $500 limit Wells Fargo College card with the Chase Freedim 3K limit card
I just got the Amex Zync charge card as well.
Now I will be gardening for the next year and hopefully getting the Chase Shappire card in 2013.
Replacing starter cards is a worthy goal, and you got some good ones there! The Discover should grow well for you, as should the Zync. Used responsibly, the internal limit on the Zync should grow quickly. Congrats, and take good care of those new seedlings!

When do you think you'll make the attempt? Nice thing about Amex is that they're soft. ![]()

Officially back in the garden due to one final app for JP Morgan Select card. I absolutely won't be applying for anything further due to no need and potential risk for AA.

II'm supposed to be due up for May 4th? Technically. I applied 03/02/2012 and was approved on that night, but it was a Friday night. I didn't get the card until about 03/12/2012.
So I'm not even sure now when I should be doing it. Now I'm all confused.

I'm not 100% certain, but I think that I remember reading on another post that the time period should be calculated from the date when the card was activated. I'd recommend waiting until then, unless someone knows differently.

Well, the collection came off a lot sooner than I thought it would.. lol
It's gone as of today and my score hit the 650's. But, definitely not ready to app for Kohls or Discover More right now, so, I'm gonna stick with the goal of gardening until my score hits 680.
