+ 1 - sometimes it just makes good financial sense!

Like for instance, when my credit union offers me a pre approval on an auto refinance, and my rate goes from 12.3% to 6.74% saving me $43.82 per month AND giving me a month off!  woot!!!!!

YAYAYAYAYAYAY!

Welcome to the Garden!

Well guys, I found out that my mortgage refinance may not close until Oct 1...  So I'm going to go ahead and get settled in and pick up my gardening tools.

New Goal, App free until the mortgage closes. Smiley Happy  may be able to pick up a bronze spade before closing on the mortgage refi.   They won't have to pull credit again, they just have to do a supplement which updates the payment history for my mortgage.

FICO 9:
Filed Chapter 13 on 6/1/2017 after job loss. Discharged 6/1/2022.

Goal: Gardening!

Re: Garden Club Meeting - August 2012

Well I am back for the August edition! I took a break last month while my DH was home on military leave. I am continuing my journey in the garden. After a couple of months of no movement with my scores, I got a nice little jump on EQ which was nice. My TU score remains at a standstill. But I anticipate at least a slight jump this month even if not as significant as EQ. Barclays will be a the 6 month point next month. I am wondering if I will get an auto CLI but it wouldn't matter either way. I am content here in the garden for now:-) I wish everyone the best in their gardening journey!!!

Re: Garden Club Meeting - August 2012

Was just approved for the Sapphire Preferred; a little earlier than originally planned, guess I got a little impatient.  Anyway, except for a possible CLI request on the Freedom sometime next year, I am now firmly in the garden for a long time as I really have no desire for any more credit cards.
