Re: Garden Club Meeting - August 2014

OH MY GOSH!!!!! MY BIGGEST VICTORY EVER!!!!!  Smiley Very Happy

The State of Mi has responded to my second request and is WITHDRAWING my tax lien. It is paid but would have remained on my report until 2020.  I have a certified letter for the withdrawal!  I need to check the County Register of deeds to see when it will officially removed and then I can start with the three CRA's to submit my letter!!!!

I am so amazed and surprised!  This is the best news ever I have had as a Gardener!!!!

Once completely removed I will only have a 90 day late on my report.

Thank you to everyone here for the encouragement and info. I could never have done this without this communities knowledge and support.

CapOne $7500 | Discover $8500 | Amex ED $25K | Barclay SM $5700 | Chase Disney $500 | Chase Slate $5K | Target $3K | Hilton Amex $2K

Hello everybody,

How are you all doing this evening? I got an email pre approval from my credit union again 0% Apr for twelve months 10000 points.now why won't amex offer me the fifty k prg offer.

I want to pull my FICO scores this evening .... At least my EQ score and maybe the EX scores. TU I get monthly on my Discover card but really curious about my EQ.... Is it really worth $20 to do that?

To me no , since harldy anybody uses EQ for credit card. I think discover and CU are only ones that use it. I have so many ex pulls since everybody likes to use it namely chase, boa, citi, and Amex.

Citi loves EQ with me.  Bestbuy , and all my citi cards have been EQ

The only citi card that matters to me is Cit AA cards, and from what i can tell they pull EX. I am not biggest fan of Citi TYP even with the buff they got recently. I would rather get MR, UR, or spg based cards, but i am probably in minority :-)

TYP aren't terrible but i dont value it much

My Cards: Amex BCE: $9,000, Amex Hilton HHonors: $2,000, Amex ED: $12,000, Barclays NFL extra points: $3,000, Bank of America MLB cash rewards: $17,000, BBVA compass NBA Amex triple double rewards: $17,000, Chase Amazon: $1,000, Chase Freedom: $9,000, Chase Sapphire: $5,000, Chase Slate: $5,000, Chase Disney: $4,000, Citi Double Cash: $5,400, Citi AA plat: $5,500, Citi Simplicity: $3,000, Citi Thank you preferred: $8,800, Capital one GM: $2,000, Capital one PlayStation: $3,000, Gamestop: $1,150, Amazon Store: $5,000, Ebay MasterCard: $5,000, American Eagle Storecard: $750, Macy's: $500
