Re: Garden Club Meeting - December 2012

I'm joining the garden as well.  I got all the cards I wanted for now.  In the future I'd like the Chase Freedom or Chase Sapphire Preferred, but its not my priority at the moment.  I want to have the best possible score when I apply for a student loan for grad school.

thanks tinuviel!!! Unfortunately i went application crazy for most of 2011-2012...and thanks this forum i have learned alot and refrained from applying and letting my credit age after months of rebuilding...have 15 INQ on EQ, 10 on TU and 24 on EX in the last 2 years (even though most of them are from late 2011-early 2012)...gardening for at least 6 more months and hopefully a year!

Re: Garden Club Meeting - December 2012

Hello everyone, I too have joined the garden for atleast 6 months.

After about 10 months since starting my journey...My portfolio now looks like this:

1) Discover More - $1,000 (Originally $500)

2) Citi Forward - $1,000 (Originally $500)

3) Capital One Journey - $1,000 (Originally 300 and went to $500 via credit steps)

4) Chase Freedom - $500 (My new seed waiting to get it matched to $1,000)

I'm very pleased that I have achieved this much in less than a year (with the exception of a few student loans that are about 4-5 months older)

On another note: I'm quite surprised we can have a Garden Club in December. Smiley Very Happy
