Hi All,

I'm new to the garden. My new focus is to pay off the cc's in rotation and learn to live without depending on them. I'll be lurking in here for the time being. **waves**

Re: Garden Club Meeting - February 2013

Since I had already stepped out of the garden for the Citi Premier, I figured I might as well add the Chase Slate while they're doing their no-fee BT and 0% APR for 15 months promo. I got it with a 5K limit. Transferring my Forward balance to a 0% card will allow me some extra time to cash flow my taxes, so I don't have to dip into savings. Seemed like a no-brainer.

Not sure what I'll do with it after the promo - may apply for the CSP next year and see if I can add the Slate CL to the CSP. Anyway, I'm firmly in the garden until at least Jan 2014!

I'm just going to mosey over here and grab some snacks. What? I'm not app'ing because I'm waiting for discharge, so I've kinda been gardening since I got my car loan in November. Well, except for that ill-advised app in December.

I'm still app free since 9/28. Looking forward to seeing those apps fall off this year including several in the month of February.

Re: Garden Club Meeting - February 2013

Left garden after completing 1 month.  I couldn't resist- I wanted a card with a better limit so I applied for the PSECU visa and approved for $10,000. YEA!  I did try for CLIs on Walmart, Discover, and CapOne first but too soon. Now back to garden and plan to stay there until October 2013.  I am expecting clis on most cards within 3 months based on feedback after requests made.
