It's been two months for me in the garden...yeeaaa ! No apps as of June 1, 2012.  I'm here for the duration!

Everything is going good! I decided to move forward with the 694 mid score because they couldn't gaurantee that I would gain enough points... if I waited for the rescore I might end up paying more at closing even with the discount for being 720.... rates are low and I don't want to wait two weeks and have them jump to 3.875 or even 4.0.

Shes still going to rescore the judgement for me; but I feel pretty comfortable signing up for a rate of 3.75 now and if it ends up being less then that's great too
