You know when you are in a "club" of your own when:

You tell the mortgage lender "you cant pull my credit for a look see.... I am still in the garden" And there is silence on the other end of the phone!

I would have loved to seen the look on his face!

Instead of letting him Pull it, I sent him my morning MPM credit report, screen shot of all 3 of my fico scores, explained I was AU on 2 cards that should have been removed and I wrote a letter to get them off my CR and need that to update to bring my 641 score up and drop my UTL on TU.

I explained I needed to grow the time on some of my accounts since they were pretty new and as they age they would raise my score.

I sent him PDF's of everything LOL!! Even had my current fall off dates on them and PDF of my 2 Cap 1 judgements paid becuase they show on my CR as unpaid. My FICO score history so he could see I was seriously rebulding!

I told him I have more information if he needed it but I wasnt ready to fully risk a ding on my TU that would drop me below 641 and add a inquiry and still tell me no.

He wrote back and said he wasnt sure where my garden was located at but he was impressed with all the information I had on hand and sent. Said he hasnt had some one so detailed in a long time lol!!  He said the 6K judgement and no taxes filed were deal breakers for a Mort app.  but to keep him posted and feel free to ask him anything and when  I get done in the garden and I am ready to let him know and he is keeping my info in a file for reference :-)

On a positive side: My scores are good, I have one 6K judgment to pay off and when I started I hadnt filed taxes since 2009 and they are all filed! Garden, Garden, Garden!!!

I dont need any more CC, I am now working towards my first Mort app on my own income and history. Never dreamed it was possible!

Back to doing what I love and playing in my garden dirt!!

I had been gardening for the last 6 months but jut joined the gardening group.  Pulled all 3 bureaus and was pleasently surprised.  Experian is at 649, I was thinking it was under 600.  Equifax is at 623 and Transunion is at 593.  The good thing is that is with really high CC utilization.  I'm encouraged where things will be when my utilization goes down below 10%

Just checking in.  No message from Navy yet about my pc and CLI.  If I got unwillingly kicked out of the garden withut even getting any love, I will be so upset.

Thanks! I'm trying to stay focused and planted in the garden but its really hard at times!!

I have a house I want to refinance but wont becuase I dont want the ding to impact me getting my house I want.

I have a house I can do a equity loan on for the DP, but again, I dont want the ding  so I'll just hang out here and play with pups and occasionally post cute pictures until I get all my ducks in a row! :-)

I did a pc of 5,000 from my nRewards to cashRewards and that hasnt even hit my CR yet. Crossing fingers it dont drop me too much!
