You won't get chunked, you might have to start back at day one if they do a HP on you though
If it's supposed to be soft pull, tell them you only want a soft pull. I don't have any experience with PenFed but some places try to be sneaky and will do a HP without asking! Good luck!
Will keep you guys posted. Between date or original app and first recon on 5-17, to today on second recon, EQ FICO went from 683 to 754. They use EQ in a scoring model that goes to 950 (vantage maybe?).
