I think I need that garden shock fence I saw someone around here mention. For kicks I did the pre-qualify process on two websites and got Congratulations! etc., for a Barclay Rewards MC and a personalized offer for a Discover It chrome for students card. Took every ounce of willpower not to apply, I know that pre-qualifying/personalized offers aren't guaranteed but they looked so good on the screen 
Yet I resisted temptation, today.

As for credit, I'm waiting to see how much, if any, of a ding I'll get from my Amex Plat inq. Hoping that the 29 year reporting date will help with the loss of two mtg TLs.
That offer you got with ameriprise is pretty intriguing. It made me think twice about adding an amex or two to pad my AAOA. You don't like when people cause an ruckus lexie :-)

Ruckus is part of being on a forum. Differing opinions, points of views etc. It's when the comments are mean spirited or unfeeling. Bashing just to bash gets no play on these boards.
