Re: Garden Club Meeting - May 2012

Well, here I am.  In the garden.

Apped last on 4/12/12.

I have the cards in my sig, 5 of which were opened in the last couple of months.  I opened 3 for BT's (Citi Dia Pref, Discover, FNBO), since my primary objective is to pay off my CC debts. I am focused on debt reduction, and hope to be CC debt free in 2-3 years. DH has a list of cards as well. As a couple, we are in "phase 1" of our debt reduction plan.

I need to garden to age the new cards, pay down the 0% cards while they are under their promo periods,  and allow my FICOs to recover from the new accounts and inqs. Within the next 30 days my FICO should hit the lowest point that it will hit from all the recent activity, and I look forward to watching it climb higher and higher from the chaise lounge here in the garden. :smileywink:

Starting Score: 693 TU FICO, 679 EQ FICO
Current Score: 748 TU(12/12), 771 TU98 , 824 TU08 FICO, 776 EQ FICO , 735 EX(9/12) FICO
Goal Score: 750+, but shooting for the 800's

my wallet: Hyatt Visa Sig ($23K), B&N World MC ($17.3K), Amex RP Gold (NPSL w/ S&T), Hilton Surpass (10K), Freedom Visa Sig ($8.6K), Discover It ($8K), Amex BCP ($9K), FNBO Visa (13.1K), Citi Dia Pref MC ($3.7K),Sam's D ($8.5K), Walmart D ($7.5K), JCP($5.3K), Dicks MC ($2K)

Re: Garden Club Meeting - May 2012

well I have been reading for a year and used all the info and knowledge from members to raise my score just about 100 points.

Removed collections accounts

3 medical (PFD)

1 late on cap one (GW)

and now only left with my cap one charge off

I currently have

Capitol one secured balance 580- limit 651

Capitol one platinum balance 420- limit 500

credit one balance 291- limit 400

1st premier bank balance 280- limit 300

orchard bank balance 220 limit 300

Kay balance 0- limit 250

jarred balance 0- limit 250

my last inq was 4/30/12

hard pull for a denied CLI from orchard was told to many inq's

the plan garden untill June 2013 use the next 12 months to pay down my balances to ZERO and pay off the last 6K on my open toyota

i think with zero blance and current payments for 12 months i should be high 600's i want to break that 701 mark :]
