Still here. Decided to focus on paying down SL debt. According to myy current schedule, I'll have paid off 1 loan by December so that I can move the full payment to my biggest loan.

Good luck to you!!! That is an awesome accomplishment to have those paid off!! Smiley Happy

Re: Garden Club Meeting - May 2013

Wow. I can't believe this post has already 10 pages. I think May will be a good month for us all!

My plan this month is to continue to use my credit cards wisely and work on paying down my debt. Its a slow pace, every time I feel I've made a dent in my debt something else comes up and I'm right back where I started but that's ok, I'll get there eventually. Slow and steady wins the race, yes? Thanks for the drinks! It's easy to be tempted but looks like you calmed that itchy finger! Lol

oh it was tempting only because they were offering 30.00 immediate credit if I opened the account... making my total purchase 2.85.  tempting ... but nahhhh.,,.

@roar -- are you in CO also?  watching all the lovely May snow falling outside my office window....

I'm new to all of this; including the Garden.  My plan is to get pre-approved for a home loan so I'm in the garden and looking for info on everything regarding increasing my scores, saving money, and mortgages.

@phillyguy12

Sounds like a plan! No it won't interfere with monitoring services.
