Don't feel too badly. Look at it this way -- with only two days in, you're simply joining two days later than originally planned. So, pick up your gloves and watering can and start over again; all will be well.

and with best buy i guess there is 24 month financing for electronics. not that i need it but took it to report a balance for a few months.

and 2nd amex in jan or not whatever works both ways since no inq if not approved.

Thank you, tinuviel. I actually talked to my sister about my situation, and she really put me down (in a loving way. lol!). But I think that helps. So here I go again. No apps til 2014. I'm having a hard time with my signature... 
Still app free. I haven't even considered apping for anything recently. I've been pre-occupying myself with prepping for my first 5k foot race, as well as changing up my diet to have much more healthy eating habits. It isn't easy, but it keeps me away from the app button! I've also been using the Rosetta Stone software in an attempt to learn Spanish a bit better.
