I think I my have dodged the HP from CareCredit, tried for the CLI on Monday and still no HP showing on TU!!

Good news to report...  my dispute of the judgment on my EX report finally worked, and I'm proud to say that my credit report no longer contains any public records!!  Whoo hoo!

 

The backstory is that the judgment was dismissed by the court after I settled it.... I found this out earlier this year, and have been fighting to get it removed from all three.

Hate to say it but CareCredit often pulls EQ :smileysad:.  It's one of the odd ducklings in the GE armada.

Been in the garden since my refi of my auto loan back in June of this year. I plan to stay in the garden till April 2013 then app for the Chase Sapphire preferred that will complete my cards and I don't plan to app again till something better comes along.
