Now that the holiday shopping season is upon us what are you doing to ensure that you don't start next year off in debt?

Would it be better in some cases to just use cash instead of seeking rewards from credit cards and spending what you don't have for that gift?

 To Answer above question.   Cash is king, especially when you are in a debt situation.  However, IF you have the discipline to put said gift on a rewards card and then pay the card in full, withought overextending, by all means reap the rewards!! Good answer 

And to ask a question:  In the rules, it states No Drappling allowed.  Forgive my youthful ignorance, but WTH is Drappling? Applying for credit while under the influence of  alcoholic drinks .......Bad combo
