I fell out of the garden So time for growing my seed
But in turn I got a great CL
Hello everyone,
only 7days left before getting my first bronze spade, I must admit that today has been pretty hard not to sneak my head in the AMEX threads, seeing other members' approvals. I leave myself with this note:
Hanging out gardening. Unfortunately I have a balance on one card but at least no problem paying some of it....
I actually do have a question regarding a judgement on my CR. After reading the forums, I took a shot at called the lawer for the CA that filed the claim. The woman that answered explained that I actually recieved two judgements on the same day, and that one of them is paid, but the one that showed up on my CR is not. I immediately told her that I wanted proof, and that I could not justify or claim the debt as my own, so that I did not "restart the clock".
The original debtor is Capitol One. I have some old TL, including the one that the Judgement is connected to, that are going to fall off my report in the next three months. Should I wait for them to fall off my report, then dispute the judgement? (I disputed once two months ago, and they both came back updated.) If that is not the best or most feasible way, should I attempt to vacate the judgement myself. The lady on the phone said they don't vacate judgements. I told her that in my state (MA) it was possible, but she didn't seem to know anything about it.
I appreciate your collective wisdom and guidance.

And you wonder why you still have surveillance equipment?
By the way..., that pic is classic!
