Good morning boys and girls.  My CK updated this morning, and that big payment to wifey's card posted....my util is at 41% (which is as good as it's going to get for a while).

Methinks it's time to talk to Lending Club again, and now I'm skeered to pull the trigger.

MJ, AZ, Lexie, Irisa and all you other ERT's are on notice....probably this afternoon, I'm using my 30 minute, 42 app pass.  Smiley Tongue

Happy Wednesday, everyone.

Just checking in. I'm in SW Florida, so I've been having a rain-soaked view of the garden the last few days. Hoping to dry out soon; the yard's a sloppy mess.

Hi tinuviel

I know its moving east to me and the next 2 days is suppose to be a soaker ...

Stay dry and be safe

Thanks. The weather report last night said that it's supposed to taper off starting tomorrow. If this keeps up, we're going to have to outfit the dogs with snorkles before letting them out in the yard, LOL!

I hope the dogs don't have to start swimming ...........I'm getting hit hard today heavy rain and lighting and as we know Florida is the lighting capital of the United StatesSmiley Sad

Yes, it certainly is. Stay safe.

Re: Garden Club Meeting - September 2013

Just  checking in! School loan rehab will be done in and around late October. Once they update my credit reports and remove all the negatives, I'm hoping my scores will shoot to the high 700's. One step closer towards mortgage in 2015. So far... yet so close.

Wallet: Capital One Platinum - $2000, Amazon - $3000, Walmart - $3000, Discover It - $1000, Chase Freedom - $3000
Current Score: TU98: 678 - 2/2012, Walmart TU - 672 2/2013, Equifax 713 - 1/2013
Goal Score: 700 for all three.
GC Challenge: App free since 1/2013. No more apps! 2015 for mortgage!

Re: Garden Club Meeting - September 2013

I started filling it out then quit. It makes no sense from a monetary perspective....if it was close I may have considered it, but sheesh. Almost 2X what one of the payoffs would be...and I think some of it may be at 4 percent. Two of the three were lightning fast denials. I expect NFCU to do the same.

I will have to sue EQ to fix my CR. Too bad I can't find a lawyer to take it on. Consumer attorneys are very busy peeps these days.

Chastened and headed back to the garden with my crap scores that never move upward....and a seedling that does not work.
