I like that policy.

The policy is 1 cc and 1 store card (I'm max out!!!), but since barclay gave me enough credit to be able to do automatic bill payment, I'm considering expanding it to 2 cc and 1 store card. So max of 5 between both. 1 extra for automatic payments, is better since instead of doing 3-5 payments to Dish, car insurance, phone, etc. I just make 1 to the cc, and get 2% cash back!

September is over.  I'm not going to miss it.  Here's hoping for a better October!

October will be a good month for you just watch and see

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Hello,

Doing some lunchtime gardening.  I'm boldly entering Month #2 in the garden.  I'm still perplexed over why my Gold Violin statement hasn't closed yet or why VS isn't reporting yet.  No news yet on GWs.  I'm just pacing until the JCP statement posts, pretty much.

Do Wally scores come out this week?  I'm curious to see where those will go.

The midnight gardener is looking good and keep hanging in there those cards will report

Mondays for me are the easiest for not apping! I mean I go to work, after the weekend, and the least I wanna do is read cc crap when I'm back ... Anyways I only got 2 cc that I want/need and of those 2 I really need to get approved for just 1 as I got a stright policy on number of cc/store cards I and my wife can have.

Hang in there Monday is almost over

Re: Garden Club Meeting - September 2013

So after getting frustrated with having to manage my credit card like a hawk I called up the Chase CSR to see If could get an increase without a hard pull - no dice. The CSR was pretty suprised though when he saw all my usage, payments, lack of a revolving balance and the effort to manage (his specific reference to) and suggested an increase and that if there was any issue with the system approving then we could get onto the lending reps and it shouldn't be a problem. Given my young history and current inqs I figured I won't but was worth a shot. Its been painful copping FTFs on my Australian credit card paying for the honeymoon, but what can you do. Given the other guy I saw with a young history picked up a pull to 5k Freedom at 6 months I reckon it might be worth considering then.
