Sm'd Cap 1 to see if I could convert from the QS1 to the QS, reply email said no but I could apply for for QS. That's good! You're on the road to recovery!

I suggest contacting cap 1 EO VS just cold calling their customer service. You can probably get the AF waived if you can't PC the card.

My poor scores are getting hammered lately as all the new accounts start showing up. Smiley Sad

Just let them take time to recover and they'll be okay.

Re: Garden Club - October 2014

Popping in to get my bronze spade today. Trying to slide through the rest of the work day without doing much since this girl is on VACATION next week. Getting on a boat headed towards the Caribbean on Sunday (paid cash, that was a first!).

I am trying to be sooooo good in not applying for anything because I don't need it and I am working towards a mortgage app.

Current Score: TU: 674 | EQ: 722 | EX: 717 | Last Inq. 2/16/15...Locked Up in The Garden
NFCU Cash Rewards $14K | Chase Sapphire Preferred $5K | Amex Blue Cash Preferred $6K | Cap1 Quicksilver One Visa $9K

My daughter needs a dog.
In order for my daughter to get a dog we need to own our own home.

She turns 6 next summer. Perfect birthday to get a dog.

Ergo, we need to be homeowners by next summer. Which, in turn, means I need to sit in my little plot and let the field lie fallow over the winter.
