Everyone have a good weekend.
What you said.
I'm currently scheduled 60, but it often ends up being closer to 70, and it's getting old fast.

My unbelieveably high utilization ratio.
First pre approval I see (for a "real" card) I'll be over this fence like Daffy Duck on a trapeze.....

"Oh, she was an acrobats daughter....she swung by her teeth from a noose, until one matinee, her bridgework gave way, and she flew through the air like a goose."
Tonight's question
Share your tips of what keeps you motivated to successfully garden to ensure you don't apply to fast or often for credit thus reducing your odds of approval?
Well, it's quite easy; Within the next 5 years we want to buy our next home, if I apply for too much I'll tank my score and I won't look like a safe bet to lenders.
Unrelated to that but related to gardening; I hit all my goals and now don't know what to do with myself. Yes i can do CLI's etc, but I'm fairly well done with applying for credit. I'm thinking my next step might be to take out some loans and pay them off fairly quickly to raise my creditworthiness for mortgage lenders even more. Other then that I have no clue what to do now with my credit journey, it's an odd feeling!
I am very very happy though with how well being conservative and patient has paid off!
Good morning GC!

Good morning Kenny! Hopefully I will have something more positive to share today!
Still gardening strong! 9 more months to go!
Picking up the wife's and my new rings today from Kay. I got a good kick out of the salesman asking me 5 times if I wanted to get a Kay card when I had told him every time I already had one and the card was with me. Then when he finally got that information processed in his head he kept saying they could "probably bump my $5,100 limit in store to a limit 'my wife can work with' if need be"...spent $2,700 total (I'm not a baller by any means, but she loves the ring more than a $10k single solitaire and she picked it out! Not complaining much!). She got a ring that will quiet her down for a while! 2 weeks later, here we are, they are resized and ready for pickup!
Not a bad day to pick them up as it's Sweetest Day!
I guess the price of silence is about $2,700 for me ;]! Now I get my pass to buy any gun I'd like! ;] (within budget)
I know there's some females on here that will be curious and just enjoy jewelry, and it's a LeVian Chocolate series ring with a sapphire center piece. She's very non-traditional and wanted something "a little different" and she got it!
