I think my scores have settled down to where they won't be jumping up and down. Finally got TU update from my balance change. It seems like with 3b monitoring its seems like EQ is quickest almost instantly, EX is about 3 or 4 days late, and then Tu is about an week late when it comes to balance changes. When it comes to HP inq its almost instant I think at least it was for EX for both my pulls.

Thats your experience friend. I'm still waiting on EX balance change updated info. Its llike a toss up as to who reports the fastest with this product. Seems like it changes with every alert (for me) so I cant definitively say which bureau is fastest or lagging since it could be EQ this week and TU next week 
On another note happy to be home. Already down to my birthday suit and feeling good
