It really is a good thing - get 2x Freedom category spend and then have all the UR points in one place. Kinda hard to beat that kind of deal.

I had thought it would be necessary to get 2 CSP's - in order to make use of the UR points; that they will let you place the points on the spouse's CSP is a pretty big deal - any way to avoid an AF is ok by me! 

And I'm really loving the UR points now that I understand them a little.

Yeah, I knew Chase would allow transfer to a spouse.

Might still be worth grabbing a second CSP (for less than one year at least) for the extra sign-up bonus.  Time it right and that's another 50k+ UR transferred to your account.

I would've gardened longer earlier this year, but with traveling more now I didn't want to wait to earn the UR points.  Big fan of flying WN for domestic flights and having the ability to use the points for them or transferring to a partner with international flights is a huge perk.  With sign-up bonuses for CSP and CF plus spending put on them to hit the bonus I've got enough UR points to take a trip for two domestically and grab one of two round trip tickets to Europe.
