Hello,

I just finished reading through all 111 pages of this thread. I'm left with not being sure where I'm at in the "gardening" level.

I applied for a mortgage pre-approval on 12/10. Tradeline I imagine will show up sometime in March or April. I had a fraudulent HP from Cap One that is being worked, not sure if it will actually be removed or if its just being addressed for the mortgage by Cap One. Bottom-line. Am I a seedling?

Goals: No new HP's until at least August, probably not even then as I have loads of CC debt to pay down. I will be down to either one or two INQ's then depending on the outcome with Cap One.

Either way, I'm going to be a happy gardner for quite a while.

If 12/10 was the last application that you made, I would give you credit for the 12/10 last app date and a bronze spade.

I'll take it! lol A mod can yell at me if I'm wrong.

I hit the LUV button on my Cap One card last night hoping to get it to decrease my util. 2-3 days message. :-\ LUV buttons don't like me.

You're bronze spade, unless the HP from Cap One is legit.   Once your mortgage shows up, then you'd be back at seedling.

Shouldn't a TL that results from an HP backdate to the HP? Can I call the EO? Smiley Very Happy

TA-DA!!!! Finally my very first golden spade ever!! I am so excited. Gardening really does get easier with time! Unfortunately in the next couple months, I will probably have to step out quickly for a car loan, but I intend to come right back until Decemberish. Thanks everyone for all the support and words of wisdom! Smiley Happy

Re: Garden Thread - February 2015

Gardening question that I'm sure I could find the answer to elsewhere but I'm not feeling particularly happy right now so looking for lazy answer. How long do HP's stay on report, 12 months?
