Morning GCrs. Today I put my new budget together to determine how early I'll pay off the new house. It's just a guesstimate, but it's still fun.

Congratulations on the TU boost and meeting the midscore goal!!! Happy House Hunting!!
@CWESTL wrote:In an effort to maintain SANITY and stay on the RIGHT track I've decided to follow the gardening threads. All the CC application threads I've been reading have been very tempting. However, I've decided it is best for my credit rebuild plan to remain in the garden. My last application was in September 2014 for the Barclay Rewards card. I plan to remain in the garden until at least October 2015. All my baddies except for the BK discharge will fall off this year. My hope is through diligent management of my accounts I'll receive auto CLIs, increase my FICO scores to 700+ across all the board, and improve my odds of future approvals when I decide to apply.
Congrats CWESTL, that would put you at over a year in the garden, great goal. And, from what I've read from your post, you should qualify for either a silver or gold spade right now that you can throw into your signature along with your goal. Just depends on how one of the Mods might look at it. I see it as a silver spade and one month to go for a gold...!
Hey guys.
I'm just getting my documents ready so I can fax them to CapOne for my CLI request. Crossing my fingers for something.

Sending you good vibes!!
In the last two days, my EQ has gone up 3 points and my EX has gone up 4 points. I know this isn't much of an accomplishment, but as I'm seeing my scores climb, I can't help but notice how much closer I am to climbing out of subprime to prime scores. My TU score actually went up to the 670s last week! I am so excited!

Thanks MackerelSky. I'm going to remain a faithful gardener and hopefully reap the benefits of disciplined weeding and seeding.
Checking in for the evening. Gardening is continuing on smoothly... rewarding myself with a brief trip to Chattanooga, TN for a couple days while I'm on vacation from work (paid too). Tennessee Aquarium, here I come! I was rather shocked though when I was searching hotels. 10 hotels in the area were booked solid for the days I wanted, but there is nothing going on up there as far as major events go. Managed to get a decent hotel still.
Howdy everyone, Hope everyone is having a great night. Just hit the 1 year mark on the 6th and my scores are at a all time high

Beautiful part of the country!
It's been way too long since we've been there.
I'm very envious. I know you'll enjoy yourself.
