Just got back from Wal-Mart.
I went to get a ticket to save $350 off a 65" HD Smart TV in the "1 hour guarantee" promotion. I also used my QS for the $100 Bonus. So i paid $550 for a $1,000 TV for us for xmas.
:] very happy!
I really love the CC / Rewards game. It has made me very "$ smart" in every area of my life. It also keeps me from carrying any type of a balance. The cash is in the bank and will pay the $550 the moment the charge hits.
I also got 52k MR's and 51k UR's this month from sign-up bonus spends (normal monthly spend plus planned xmas shopping) and is paid in full
Meeeeeeeeeeeerrryyy Christmaaaaaaaaaaaassssss !!!!!!
Edit: I also remembered to put $2 on my waly store card so it will generate a statement this month. :]

I wanted that TV but controled the urge to go. The way TVs are dropping maybe next year. I didn't need it but it was a heck of a deal. Congrats! I started and finished all of my christmas shopping online today unless I can find more cheap coal for my grandkids!

Happy Thanksgiving to All-
Hope everyone had a happy, healthy safe day.
Just entered my 11th month in the garden. This is my longest stretch. Rebounded from the huge Barclay balance let report. Discover FICO shows up 15 pts. Paying off SL probably contributed to boost, as well.
Still weighing options for future apps. Could app tomorrow, might not app until 2015. Who knows?
Please forgive any typos, I'm truly quite tipsy.

Not making nay promises, but I probably will. If I see a decent offer that fits my plans I'll go for it, whenever it comes along.
Happy Thanksgiving~!!! Took a short stroll out of the garden to run a refinance or new car app through my new credit union. Paying crazy high interest right now. Awaiting the results from RBFCU. Only owe $5,000 on the car, so not sure if they'll even refinance it. Was planning on getting a new car about this time next year so I'm interested to see what they tell me. Back in the garden now.
Good morning GC!
