Thanks journey. Any input on my AU question?
I had another question though. I am an AU on account that has about 70% util. How much does that affect my score and possibility of auto CLI? If its bad, can I take myself off as a user. Is that bad?
Sorry I missed that being an AU on a card with 70% UTL is not good.
I would recommend you be removed as this will hurt your scores as well as the other person
I don't have an exact answer to your question but one late payment on an AU account, and my scores dropped between 25-30 points. They instantly went back up when it was disputed with the CRAs and deleted.
If you want to be removed as an authorized user, the account holder will need to call and have them remove you. Can you ask them not to carry such high balances?
