Re: Gearing up for app spree. Freedom vs. Slate.

Barclay Arrival is a good card for 0% FTF.  Based on your current cards I would think that you could get easily approved for that card.

Capital One Venture: $30,000; Capital One Quicksilver: $10,000; PNC CashBuilder: $15,000; Chase Marriott Rewards: $10,000; Citi Double Cash: $9,400; Barclay Arrival World MasterCard: $11,150; USF FCU Rewards Visa Signature: $10,500; Suncoast CU Visa: $3,000; Discover It: $3,500; Nordstrom: $2,000; Kohl's: $2,500; Target: $600; Lowes: $6,900; Sams Club: $3,850; Evine: $3,000; HSN: $1,800; Paypal Credit: $4,350; Amazon Store: $5,400 --- EX: 726; EQ: 726; TU: 741

After reading a little bit recently, it seems the arrival isn't so great after the first year as I would like to think a little long term with the choices.

maybe look into the Barclay.

+1

Arrival + as travel card with intro 0% APR... be careful Chase might as well double pull for each app... I can speak from experience

Re: Gearing up for app spree. Freedom vs. Slate.

So I apped for psecu combo, and it seems good pending income tax verificatio. I'm torn as or what else to apply for, Freedom would be good because I would like to set up a relationship with them for business cards later, id like my wells card upgraded to a sig card, for a travel card, I think I like Amex delta more than Barclay arrival to supplement the PRG which I like as my daily use card, Amex costco is also tempting for the gas and dining.

Any suggestions or maybe just wait a while for something else?
