Getting Creditors information

I have two negative accounts on my credit for late payments that happened when I was younger and ignorant. Now I'm trying to get a mortgage but those late payments that are showing on my credit report are effecting me. They happened about 4-5 years ago. How can I get those creditors information because when I got a credit report they did not give any information.

Who are the creditors?

Are the old lates the only baddies? How is your UTL?
