Looking forward to hearing of the new home closing and new cards

Best wishes

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Getting approved for credit cards

Just an update...I went on an app spree this evening...I was approved for $6,000 at kay jewlers, 700 at QVC, I was approved for discover but they haven't set my limit yet, maurices 500, hhgregg 1200, best buy declined and lowes at a measly 300. I was hoping for more. Like Lowes and Kay reversed. I'm kinda bummed. I was hoping to get enough to get the fride and dishwasher I wanted. Smiley Sad

Re: Getting approved for credit cards

Call Credit Solutions and ask for a higher limit on Lowes. I was approved for 650 and called and said I was looking to do some home projects this summer and need a 5000 limit and he came back and I was approved for increase. Just be polite but just like with a animal, don't let them know you're scared. LoL. Smiley Happy

Re: Getting approved for credit cards

I tried.,,I called the credit solutions number @ 1-866-272-0337 and he reviewed my account and said they couldn't do an increase at this time. I'm so bummed! I really thought that would work. Smiley Sad

I called 1 (877) 379-8173 and called around this time. Better chance at night and depends on who you get.

Re: Getting approved for credit cards

I'm not sure if they can tell or not, maybe someone else can help with that but didn't sound like he was from the US to me so not sure.
