Amex is that way. A lot has to do with your overall credit report. It's more than just a score. They started my second BCP with 2k. It's now 18k and I will try for an increase after I go for the 3Xcli on my HH Amex. Have my old green card forever and am AU on hubby's Plat Amex. I will say it took almost a yr to get my cl up to 18k on BCP. Had to try twice the second time around. I am going to try for the HH as soon as Wayfair reports my zero balance. I do believe you never know what they're going to do. I hope I can get it.
