It seems like NFCU gives out crazy -high credit limits regardless of income...is that true? I mean you see a lot of threads where people are instantly approved for like 10k+ in lines. I'll be joining them before the end of the year so I'm pumped.

No not true. You have to have the income to back it up of course however they go by your ability to pay vs debt ratio. So after all is said and done if all you can spare at the end of the month is 200 bucks then only expect 2-3k line for cc.

Fair enough, but you gotta admit there are alot of threads about 25k credit lines on this forum.

yeah there are but those 25k limits also come with members having a strong AAOA and income.
I think what is most impressive with them is the fact that you can have a low to mid 600 EQ score and have a few cards with low limits income around 25k and get approved with a 10k cl. thats what i love about them
