Um. I called and did all that and the automated machine tried transfering me to an agent but the office was closed. I'm so confused now. My App Status online says I'm approved but I never got any email from Amex, an Amex CSR said they'd call me when a decision was made (he hadn't called), and now the automated application status tried transfering me to an agent.

I'M APPROVED RIGHT? Ug, the app status page says I am I'll call tomorrow..

If the status page says your approved then you're approved! 

Just wait until tomorrow morning. I think maybe the automated system hasn't been updated with your approval status which is why it keeps transferring to representatives. Be sure to let me know what your CL was!

I called and it was $2k, same as yours. I'll take it lol. I'll see about an increase after a few months. Also applied for Freedom and got $3k
