Re: Good Scores (but a few old baddies)

Thanks, MJ.  Originally, I really did intend to follow your advice to the letter.

The wife made me apply for the Chase Disney.

I only applied for the BoA becasue of their pre-screened offer.

After getting those, I didn't want to do another hard pull for a Barclay's.

Then I got greedy and went for the AmEx.  I'm still suprised by their response (I would have understood rejection based on old deragtories).

I just learned my grandfather-in-law served overseas (Korea) in the Army.  I'm thinking NFCU.........

2010 Scores: mid-500s
July 2012: EQ FICO 649 | EX PLUS 657 | EX FICO 680 | TU FICO 649
Nov 2013: TU Vantage 717 | TU FICO 716
April 2014: EX FICO 740 | TU FICO 720

Check the NFCU thread for rules for joining just to be safe

I still think Barclay is a go to....Lol They pull TU

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
