Good Travel Cards?

I'm planning a trip to Spain in August.  I'm trying to see which cards I should carry with me and which cards I should avoid using.  I currently have 2 Chase cards (Freedom and platinum), 2 Amex Cards (Blue and green) and Boa platimum.  Does anyone have any insight or suggestions?
