Which Wells Fargo card? Does it have rewards? Cash back?

Wells Fargo says pre qualified. It's a Wells Fargo rewards card. I guess that's not cash back rewards?
Quicksilver just says I'm eligible for the offer.
Unless it says cash back rewards, then it's a points rewards card. I have one of those. Not a great card, but I have it for OD protection and put my DH on it as an AU for his use in case of an emergency, as it has a higher limit than his other cards. I think that Quicksilver has the better rewards structure.

Currently have
Cap 1 $1500
Cap 1 $2000
Chase $2400
Barclay $1900
Discover $1000
Credit Union $2000
Best Buy $4000
Sleepys $3000
PC Richards $3000
Only card with a balance is Best Buy. $1800
I rarely use any cards because I get nothing from them.
My oldest card is cap 1. About 8 years old. I just closed on a home 3 weeks ago. Latest inquiry is Best Buy from 2 weeks ago. I haven't applied for a credit card in about a year, that was the Discover card. AAoA is 3.5 years.
Are you looking for a card with rewards?
Have you tried contacting Capital One's EO and asking them to upgrade your current cards to include rewards? I had a platinum card that was upgraded to a Quicksilver One, it offers 1.5% cash back and since I also have a Quicksilver they waived the AF.
Also, which Chase and Discover cards to you have? You may be able to PC them aswell.
Congrats on the PC. But to your original post, preapprovals aren't guarantees, so there is really no reason to give any extra weight to them compared to any other card. Frequently people have found better offers for the same card even on the issuers website, let alone by doing some web searching.
It's not very different from getting two ads about say certain cars in the mail. Most people don't immediately say "OK, which one of these should I get?"
