Got a CLI on my B of A, but new CL not showing?

Hey guys

I just asked for a CLI on my B of A. I got a message saying Congrats! And that I was approved for my CL to go to $17,900, and that the new limit is available IMMEDIATELY.

HOWEVER.... Here it is 10 minutes later and it still shows my limit as being the same as it has been the last year or so. And not the new limit.

20 minutes later and my limit is still stuck at it's old limit!

NM. It just showed up, ABOUT A HALF LATER.

Apparently B of A has a very different intrepetation of what immediate means, then I do.

Lol, they just dont want you to run up 17k in debt in the following 10 minutes after approval as they know you are still super pumped from the cligh

I always get nervous when BOA takes a while to show the CLI but they always come through. Congrats on the CLI! And Joe you should trademark cligh.

Was it a HP or SP? Did you ask online or did you call in?

TU HP for CLIs with BOFA.

Not uncommon at all.  I'd phone in to a sr analyst and round up to 20k if it were me. And if you don't have any other BOA cards, app for one, theres a good chance it wont be another HP and your HP for the CLI should be good for 30 days.............
