I called after reading this thread. I don't have option 5 for CLI so I gave it a try by talking to an agent.

I told him I want CLI but no hard pull. He pumped 750 more into my CL (asked for 3k lol). Yay...

Hit #5 about a week ago asked for and recieved $1000 credit increase.

I've had mine for about 8-10 months now. I guess I can try tomorrow, because Option 5 doesn't give the option once you press it. Maybe because of late hours?

i pressed 5 and then got another menu that said press 4 for cli. I did and was asked to enter amount requested and HH income.

A few months ago I requested & received a Discover CLI through the automated "press 5" option and there was no hard inquiry.

I just got a 500 CLI! Through the automated menu.

How many months apart should I wait before requesting another? I know it's only soft to request another, but I don't like being disappointed when I could have potentially prevented it, haha.
