Man... I want to wait for AMEX BCE/BCP, and CSP.
I don't think getting the cards above will help with getting BCE/P and CSP since adding INQ... recent acct, lower score, etc.

When are you looking to app for CSP and BCE?
Whats your current credit file look like?
I got Amex Green on Oct '12, maybe wait 6 months?
As for Chase, I got it on Sept '12, got checking and saving with them.
Scores are in sigs, maybe a bit more now.
Util is right at 6% on one card reporting only and (27% util on that card),
no baddies, Just 4 account open in Sept/Oct '12.
Tons of INQ from 2011 and 2012 from trading in 2 cars (mid-end 2011) and Got 1 new car (early 2012).
No INQ from OCT '12, sitting at about 14 on each report.
I think INQs is my problem, that why my credit score is low with 3 years AAOA, suppose to be 750+ If I don't have those INQ and new ACCTs.
You been gardening for some time now. I say keep up and get those inquiries down. Chase is Inquiry sensitive to the max. I should know (main reason for CSP denial) Had to recon it but give it a few more months and keep your Util down and you should be golden for those apps.
Just got another Discover IT offer....

On the brightside at least the pre-approvals are coming in (still waiting for my 1st one from a prime lender). But be strong my friend, you will thank yourself when you see the "congratulations...." on that computer screen when you apply for those AMEX cards!
