You should re-send it with your phone number.  They won't need an account number.

Depends;

Have you had it six months?  Has your credit improved significantly since then?  Are other lenders giving you higher unsecured limits?

I got an increase from $2,000 to $3,000. I requested a jump to $4,000. I got the call yesterday, checked my account this morning, saw the increase and a statement credit for the AF. All and all, im pleased.

Couple this with the auto CLI on my Barclays card from $500 to $2,000 & its been a good week.
