Capitalone eo is great on there unsecured cards. I know they increased my card from $500 to $1500 in the same week I got the card in my hand. But on there secured cards they suck and they need to fix this. They would not do anything for my secured card which I have had for a yr.

yes i have had the card since august of 12, score has fluctuated due to getting new store cards, and i have no other unsecured cards...

Can anyone PM me the EO email?  

I currently have a $750cl/20AF-no rewards card I dont use, and a cash rewards $500cl/$39af.  My credit score has jumped into the 700 of late, Ive had both cards over a year now.  Do you think I can ask them to remove annual fee and possibly just combine both cards?  Or just increase limit on 1 and remove annual fees?

I cant rememeber it was last year when I got it, but I am sure they do becaue even though it is secured they still treat it like the a regular unsecured... Good luck at any rate but they dont graduate to a unsecured at all. They say they do periodic increases but I havent seen any.

AFAIK the EO office is primarily SP but a couple YMMV cases have been HP.
