Be happy you have a card with Citi at all, they know about that IIB and never will forget. I am out for IIB 18 yrs ago, not that I really care there are much better lenders than Citi around. Good luck to you.

As far as I know, they really dont have any cards that is considered a lower uw criteria. IMO
Citi is prime all the way through....
