Gotta love GE!

Just called in to request CLIs on my Old Navy and Banana Republic cards. ON  went up 800 from 1.4k to 2.2k and BR went up 1k from 1.4k to 2.4k. Can't complain. I asked for 3K limit on ON and 4k limit on BR. I'll take a counter offer every time .

Congrats!! After my next statement posts (which is in a few days!) I plan on asking for a $1500 increase on my JCP card. Did you have any balances on your accounts at the time of requesting a CLI?

Re: Gotta love GE!

$0 balance on ON and $70 balance on BR which I already paid but has not cleared yet. I actually made my request before my statement cut.

Re: Gotta love GE!

Thanks folks! It all started with a $300 CL from Old Navy. Now I have that card, Banana, Lowes, and Walmart Discover. Great for the uti.

Re: Gotta love GE!

+1, absolutely can't complain on GE myself

My JCP has gone today from $2.5k to $5k following increases on three other GE-backed cards. The funniest thing is that the last time I used my JCP card was in May, so I should probably use it at least once some time soon. I wish BoA were at least half generous with their CLs as GE is now...

In my wallet now: Amex PRG NPSL, Amex BCE $15k $17k (thanks to recent CLI), Chase Freedom 11k, CSP $6k, Chase United ME $5k, Citi Dividend $5.6k, Discover It $4.5k and a handful of other cards...
TU Dec 2013 - 752Sep 2013 - 764 - new all time maximum

Obsolete data aboveCurrent TU - probably around ~810, only using a few Chase & BofA cards now, not applying for much until we buy a house
