Many people pointed to utilization. Think utlization could cause such a huge damage? :catwink:

I'll drop another hint:

Hint #2: my utilization right now is around 40%. :smileyhappy:

and yes utility can cause THAT big of a damage :smileytongue:

I didn't eliminate that possibility :smileyhappy:

Your loss in the recent election caused the rating agencies to downgrade you.  Mitt?

As if my lobbyists would ever let that happen. :smileyhappy:

Hint #3: I do not have any late payments

Some people have come pretty close. After I explain my situation once the 24 hours mark is passed, the person whose guess is the closest can have his/her username put in my signature line with recognition and respect for a week/month. :robotvery-happy:

Re: Guess the cause of my score drop

You used a ton of credit on one card in a drunken bender. While still drunk you realized that you couldn't pay if all off this month and you would have a UTIL hit to your score.

As a result, you said why the hell not and drapped for 3 credit cards. Two were instant approval (GE cards that are already reporting) and the third was 7-10 day message. The following morning you recon the card and they pulled another CR.

You froze your accounts against Sp's and a lender became suspicious.

Re: Guess the cause of my score drop

The Feds have starting seizing his assets due to finally having evidence that he is a kingpin in the international drug trade, and some CRAs think this may impact his future creditworthiness.

I'm pretty sure that that is the correct answer, and we will know I'm right when he denies it.

By the way, just kidding.
