I called New Accounts, 800-641-2400, to inquire about adding the bonus points offer and/or possibly changing my card to Gold/Gold PR. I was told none of these options was possible. They said the offer was only available to those that applied through the specific link, and said that I'd have to wait 13 months to PC my card due to the new credit laws. I am not satisfied with those answers from the people I spoke with. They seemed like they had no authority to do any changes. Is there another number I can try to get better results?
