Gulf Fuel Card

I can see the Gulf Mastercard is issued by Barclays and you can apply online.  I noticed the Barclay site says nothing about the Gulf Fuel Card (station only) and when I go to the Gulf Website you have to call to apply.  There is not an onliine form.  I'm assuming this is issued through Gulf?  The Terms are not listed anywhere.

I do not have the card but google search shows that the application is through Barclays but you need to thru Gulf fuels's website.
