I was declined a few months back due to a Core Logic report, was declined. Ive since locked core logic and had a few more INQ's fall off, Hopefully my time has come. Stay tuned fellow app junkies!

I got 2 of them when I thought I wouldn't stand a chance.  I think they are giving these cards away these days.  They surely opened up to sub 700 credit scores that's for sure.

whats core logic ? another CRA that amex uses ? so TU TT and Corelogic ?

Shooting for Zync first, figure thats my best chance. If approved, I'll shoot for BCE.

Core Logic=teletrack, I think core logic is the parent company. Im  not sure if locking my report will work. I saw another member had success doing it and figured it was worth a shot as opposed to waiting 2 more years for it the derog to fall off.

What were you scores, AAoA, and baddies going in?

I think what saved me was my income and relatively high 600 scores.  They overlooked all my student loan lates obviously.

They pull EX for me, I wish they pulled TU! My scores are 690-705, 690 being EX. Have 2 derogs, 1 in 06 and 1 in 07, income 42k, 4 inq(2 of which are from AMex, if that matters)
