Ok i just spoked with PG&E and they said this account was a joint account with my mother which i had no clue about, and they said last activity was in 2005 and it was taken out of our names in 2006, so will this fall off in 2012 or 2013?

This date is useless because many things can change the DoLA. What you need to ask them is the date that you first got behind in your payments and never again got caught up. This is what is called the DoFD (Date of First Delinquency).
