I have had a lot of members asking for this so here it is for everyone!!!  I RECOMMEND YOU EMAIL FIRST!!!

When you email these guys remember you are talking to the people that work in the executive office!!! Be sure to be polite and curtious in all your questions and statements!!!  The people that call you will also return the same.  Dont be afraid to ask for those CLI's and for them to waive or eliminate those annual fees.

Do include your full name, telephone number, and the main reason for your email, also you can include the last four of your social(SSN--###-##-8345)

jsut wondering but thanks for your contribution

I spoke with a lady at EO and she is handling my dispute actually the more i'm thinking about it the more i'm excited that i'm going to see a CLI and upgrades to reward card

just only neg is that if and once upgraded it'll probably be from master card to visa logo :/ since i want no af

The phone number is just the number listed on the back of every card. That just goes to normal CSRs...

Modcut is a specific person, in fact he is the CEO of Capital One.   The advice given in various stickies is to google something like "Capital One CEO email" and the needed info appears.
